The Partial Hospitalization Program Center is designed to provide intensive therapy and psychiatric stabilization to support men and women ages 18 and older. PHP allows clients to get the therapy they need while still maintaining interaction with family, friends and community. Central Community Health Board provides a competent and experienced treatment team including a psychiatrist, clinical psychologist, social worker, and registered nurse. This team of professionals assists patients in regaining control of their lives and reaching their ultimate goal of achieving the highest possible level of function.

  • Crisis intervention
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Symptom identification and management
  • Relapse symptoms
  • Education groups
  • Medication education
  • Psychotherapy
  • Aftercare planning


  • Receive treatment without a hospital stay
  • Break the cycle of multiple hospitalizations

  • Improve interpersonal relationships
  • Develop positive coping skills
  • Learn to live with illness on a long-term basis
  • Maintain treatment with outpatient providers and community programs



Clients are provided Metro pass for transportation as needed from and to

Group.  Bus passes are distributed during the lunch hour.
